A strong magnetic field generated by rare-earth permanent magnet materials is applied to the flowing water, altering the water’s molecular structure and reducing the crystallization and deposition of calcium and magnesium ions, thereby achieving anti-scaling, descaling, and corrosion-inhibition effects.

Installation is usually straightforward, typically done through an in-line (or bypass) piping connection; in most cases, it does not require shutting off the water supply and does not change the existing piping configuration.

Depending on the pipe diameter and on-site conditions, installation can usually be completed within anywhere from several tens of minutes to a few hours
